I have worked as a qualified for 27 years and have Senior Accreditation with the BACP.
I have experience as a charity, GP surgery and university staff and student. I have had a small private practice near Crouch End in London N8 for over 15 years.
My specialist areas are in bereavement, depression, self-esteem and stress but I also have experience in other areas as mentioned below.
I aim to offer a calm reflective space where we can work together, making sense of what is troubling you.
I aim to support you in facing your feelings and fears to enable you over time to discover personal strengths and find meaning and direction for the future.
I draw on more recent ways of working in psychodynamic therapy rather than the more traditional approaches.
